Due to our continued growth we have a position available for a Full Time Office Administrator/ Sales Receptionist / Front of (oak framed!) House.

Main duties will include initial client interaction (telephone, email and in person) and providing excellent administrative support (including typing and administration of sales database, some events organisation etc) to the Sales Team - enabling us to provide a first class service to our clients. We have a wide range of diverse projects and are confident that the job will be interesting.

The successful applicant will need super strong organisational and IT skills (including customer data bases, typing, stock taking etc) and enjoy client interaction with a professional, helpful and friendly attitude . It will help to be a 'team player' and to be enthusiastic, positive and flexible. Attention to detail is a bonus, as is some knowledge of construction, design, self build or similar (but we can also provide training.) Previous customer interaction/office skills would be useful.

Salary will be dependent on experience and skills. Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
